You may use the Service for any lawful purpose. You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including EU law
- Process, store, or transmit data you do not have the right to use

- Attempt to access other users' mesh networks or data without authorisation
Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
Compudenser owns all intellectual property rights in the Service, including the platform software, brand, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.
Your content: You retain all ownership of data processed through your mesh. We claim no rights over the content of your compute sessions. By using the Service you confirm you have the right to process the data you transmit.
Open source: Portions of the Service may be released under open source licences. Those components are governed by their respective licences.
7. Your Data
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Key points:
- Compute session data is end-to-end encrypted and never leaves your devices
- We are GDPR-compliant by architecture, not just by policy
- Your data is stored in the EU only
- You can request deletion of your account data at any time
8. Uptime and SLA
We target 99.5% uptime for the signaling infrastructure. The P2P mesh itself is peer-hosted and availability depends on participating devices.
Team plan subscribers are entitled to an SLA with defined uptime guarantees and remedies. Details are provided in your Team plan agreement. Starter and Growth plans do not include a formal SLA.
Planned maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance via email and our status page.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by EU law, Compudenser is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service
- Loss of data where you have not maintained adequate backups
- Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under EU law.
10. Termination
By you: Cancel your subscription at any time in account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate the Acceptable Use policy, or with 30 days notice for any other reason. In case of termination without cause, we will refund any prepaid subscription fees pro-rata.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will delete your account data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which Compudenser is incorporated. Any dispute will first be referred to mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of our jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
We will always try to resolve disputes fairly before involving any formal process. Contact us first.
12. General
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between us
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent
- Updates: We will email registered users 30 days before material changes take effect
